The varietal is Catimor known for it's sweet caramel aroma, deep, complex, full-body along with flavors of chocolate and citrus. This smooth but punchy coffee is grown very high up at 1800-2100 meters and has a greatly satisfying bittersweet pungency with a great lingering aftertaste as well.
